Biography

My MSc in Sports Science and Health has equipped me with a structured, analytical approach and the ability to critically assess new evidence. I have a solid understanding of exercise and health science, with strong research methodological skills. As a conscientious team player, I apply evidence-based knowledge to improve performance and quality of life. My thesis focused on changes in myogenic stem cells during aging, giving me expertise in immunohistochemistry, microscopy, and producing high-quality scientific evidence. I also have lab experience analyzing plasma samples for inflammation biomarkers using Luminex MAGPIX technology. My current research examines systemic inflammation, sarcopenia, and biomarkers related to muscle mass and function loss during hospitalization.
